How can I possibly explain the absolute perfection this company is. Like a well orchestrated ballet from crew to crew, this company is the epitome of professionalism and perfection. I have been a small business owner pretty much my entire adult life, and I can honestly say, I have never been nearly as good or perfect as this company. From estimate to completion, they were knowledgeable, professional, clean, educated, and thorough. Their pricing is just as good as the best for the industry, but you get a whole lot more from this company than you would with any other roofing company I feel. When one crew would come and complete their job, the next crew would come in and know exactly what they needed to do on this job without having to ask their supervisor or previous crews of anything that needs to be done. They speak to eachother and keep eachother informed so when they show up, they already knew what to do. I cannot praise this company enough be ause words cannot explain the experience I had. Another happy customer! We interviewed 10 contractors prior to deciding on Innovative Roofing ( IR). And I am so glad we choose them. Anthony ( the owner) came for the estimate and right away gave us the best price out of previous 9 contractors. Everything was transparent and clear. The permit and HOA approval was handled by a nice lady from the IR, we didn’t lift a finger. Once the permit was obtained, the removal of the old roof and installation of new was under way. I honestly expected a lot of damage during the removal of the old roof, but to my surprise we had really minor little damage which was fixed right after. The overall process after permit was under two weeks. Every person who came from IR was courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I HIGHLY recommend this company for a pain free roof replacement! Thank you Anthony.
