I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company, and the way they handled the situation has completely destroyed my confidence in trusting them with my roof. The company sent a salesperson to my home to inspect my roof, which required him to go into my attic. During the visit, the cable going to my AC compressor was damaged after being stepped on. I then had to call an HVAC technician and pay $550 out of pocket to have the damaged cable replaced. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from the salesperson. Instead of taking responsibility and working with his company to address the damage, he told me that he had given me a great price on the roof work. Getting a good price on a roof has absolutely nothing to do with damage caused to another part of my home during their inspection. I contacted the company directly to explain what happened. They told me that someone would call me back to discuss the situation. I am still waiting after 3 weeks for that call. No one has followed up or made an effort to resolve the $550 expense I was left with. Accidents happen. I understand that. What matters to me is how a company responds when an accident happens. A professional company should acknowledge the problem, communicate with the customer, and make an effort to make things right. The biggest issue for me now is trust. How can I trust a company to work on something as important and expensive as my roof when they won’t take responsibility for other damage caused while they are in my home? If this is how a $550 issue is handled, what confidence am I supposed to have that they would stand behind their work if a much larger problem happened during the actual roof repair? I gave them an opportunity to address this before leaving this review. Instead, I received a comment about getting a “great price” and a promise that someone would call me back. For me, this isn’t just about the $550 anymore. It’s about accountability and trust. Based on my experience and how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Roof Xperts. I needed a small roof repair done urgently, and the first company I called gave me an insane price. I’m so glad I found Roof Xperts — their rates were fair and the customer service was great. They took care of the repair the same day I called, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely 5 stars from me!
Well I must say I was extremely impressed with their response time and knowledge. I called them Friday afternoon and Hector was able to come out that evening. He went up in my attic, found the issue and was able to give me a fair price that we agreed on. He had his crew come Sunday to do the work. They came out, were very professional, removed my tiles and exposed the leak area. The took lots of pics, replace rotted wood, installed new peel and seal membrane and sealant and then put all of the tile back like they weren’t even there! Plus a 1 year guarantee. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely ask for Hector again. All around professional.

Had some roof damage, I call the roof expert spoke to hector he came by the same day looked at damage gave me a reasonable price And got the job done I highly recommend them!!!!!!!
