When we hired Costal Roofing for our roof replacement, the experience started out fantastic. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property, and the communication was clear and responsive throughout the project. We were really impressed with the work and the service. About a year and a half later we noticed some cracks and needed to have the roof reviewed and at that point the communication became difficult, which left us feeling frustrated and unsure how things would be resolved. But to Dustin’s credit, he reached out personally, apologized sincerely as he was unaware of the situation. He took full ownership and made it clear that he wanted to make things right and stood by his warranty. Today, Dustin showed up with a crew, fixed the cracks we had noticed, replaced two broken tiles, and even cleaned out our gutters, going above and beyond what was expected. It’s clear that he stands by his work and truly cares about the reputation of his business. Things don’t always go perfectly in construction projects, but what matters most is how a professional responds when issues come up. Dustin showed character, transparency, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m happy to say we’re once again fully confident in the quality of the work and the integrity of the company. Great company and respectable guys, from Bryen to Dustin Heaps are very respectable and trustworthy. I'm extremely satisfied with the installation of both roofs angle and flat. Had some small issues at the beginning but these guys stand by their warranty and labor, next day early morning they already had a crew checking into the issue which was repaired and fixed. I hired Coastal Roofing to replace a roughly 4,000 sq. ft. white cement tile roof with a dove gray metal roof. Coastal engaged Dynamic Metals to supply the material for a job that is rather complicated by the roof’s changing pitches and angles. My experience is clearly an unusual one as after the roof was completed in February 2023, it was determined by Coastal and Dynamic that the metal supplied to Dynamic for the new roof was defective. Coastal stood by its warranty and, working with Dynamic, in October 2023 removed and replaced the entire metal roof that was installed earlier in 2023. Coastal’s Bryen Dennis oversaw both the initial and the replacement projects. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to the many questions posed over both projects. I am delighted to say that we are very happy with the final outcome. Imagine in this day and age, how good it was to work with companies (Coastal and Dynamic) that actually stand behind their work. It was amazing that all this was handled without even the threat of litigation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Coastal Roofing!
