If you get The pleasure to get Plumber Chuck Buchanan, be assured you are in good hands. He came to fix the water heater. The unit was 17 years old and need to be replaced. He explained how the process would go and Answered all questions that I had. He is knowledgeable and got the job done. He left my house clean and the new water heater is working fine. I was very satisfied with his work from now on, Chuck Buchanan will be my go to Plumber. He is a true professional, who loves what he does.

I had an amazing Installation appointment today with Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric. The two Tech’s explained the process from start to finish. That the install would take approximately three plus hours from start to finish. The two Tech’s explained the maintenance warranty and that it needs to be drained once a year( Good info to know) to keep tank working efficiently. I spoke at first with Marla. She was very nice and professional. It was easy to set up my appointment for a new AC unit estimate. Joe was the Tech to come over. He showed up on-time. He was also very nice and professional. Talk to me about all of my options. He gave me an estimate for Good. Better. Best. I'm very happy. Also the best part is their warranty. 10/10 parts & labor. I pulled the trigger and went with ART for the AC install. I had Cuba, Jake and, Petra here. They did a fast job. They were done by 2 pm and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with ART and my new AC. Thank you.
As always, we call Art's with issues concerning our needs and, as usual, Art's was quick, fast and extremely professional from the initial phone call until the completed work. Special kudos to Donnie Schmitt the electrician who came in a timely manner, analyzed our concerns both verbally and by showing us step by step the process to help us. Upon completion everything was outlined again as to what he actually did and what to expect in the future.
