I am the head of the Architectural Committee at our building here in Lake Worth, Florida and have been involve with 5 condo association Board of Directors in the past. I have interacted with many other contractors and vendors in all these years and my experiences here in Florida have been very mixed with the difficulties and integrity of vendors and subcontractors. To my pleasure, 360 Roofing, their A/C and Electrical contractor, (Coralaire Services) were by far the most professional, customer-friendly and technical contractor I have ever worked with. The partnership and relationship between 360 and our condo Board was exceptional, they executed the new roof job, A/C , Mechanical and Electrical job with honesty, integrity and with attention to detail. I had the pleasure to deal directly with the owner Matt Daley, the General Manager Christina Potrony and the on site project manager. These 3 individuals were very reliable people, that are on top of the project, do exactly what they promise - no ifs, ands or buts - no excuses, no arguments. Their sales and project teams stayed in communication with us for the entire time of the project. 360's work ethic is to be admired and appreciated as is their entire organization's "get it done right"the first time demeanor. 360 is a well-run company because their owner, General Manager and project managers stayed engaged with us throughout the entire process. The 360 Roofing Company replaced our 40‑year‑old roof in the spring of 2026, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Carolyn in the office and Justin, our on‑site foreman, were responsive to every request and consistently provided timely updates and guidance. The roofing crew was professional, respectful to our residents, and efficient in their work. 360 Roofing coordinated seamlessly with CoralAire to move AC units, along with all associated electrical and ventilation connections. Both teams worked together efficiently, ensuring the work was completed smoothly. The CoralAire staff were equally impressive: knowledgeable, respectful, and highly efficient. We now have a beautiful new roof and fully functioning AC units. The project was completed on time and within the agreed‑upon budget. We are extremely pleased that we chose 360 Roofing. They made a complex project feel manageable and delivered a result we are proud of.
Meeting with Adrian & Ben from roofers 360 has been a pleasure. They were & even after they were done with my entire roof. Their hard work dealing with my insurance,HOA, Brevard County & wind damage replacement of roof. Both Adrian & Ben should be commended in coming through for me. 360 Roofing Services is outstanding! Christina and Tom are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and Osiel is the friendliest, most genuine roofing technician you’ll meet. We’ve used them countless times at work with excellent results and no issues. Normally, I don’t mix work and personal, but for my own roof inspection, I chose them because they’re simply the best in the business. Highly recommend!
