This is a great roofing company. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. They sent us pictures of what needed to be done and after the repair was complete. This was very helpful so we could see exactly what the issue was and how the repaired looked when they were done. I highly recommend A2Z.
A2Z Roofing was extremely responsive to our request for a quote on resealing our flat roof. Their quote as fast and fair and we contracted them to perform the work. The job was done on time and the results are great. The staff is professional and courteous; their cleanup left the area spotless. Highly recommend!
DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! This roofing company has been doing work for my condominium complex the past year and my experience with them has been a complete disaster. Incident Details: On March 10, 2025, a box of silver shingles and a heavy-duty garbage bag fell from my roof, resulting in significant damage to my vehicle’s windshield. Earlier that week, A2Z roofing Inc. had been working on the condominium building’s roof. Although no active construction was occurring on the day of the incident, the materials fell due to the negligence of the roofing specialists, causing the damage. Adrian Zullo is the owner/contractor on the job. His license # is : CCC1330238. Communication with the Roofing Contractor: I provided both invoices to the roofing contractor via email and messaging, requesting reimbursement. However, he refused to cover the cost and instead insisted on arranging a replacement through his own contacts at a lower rate, which I declined. He has also refused to acknowledge any liability for my 10-day loss of transportation. While he stated he would only make a payment directly to a vendor, both invoices have already been paid, making his refusal to reimburse me directly unjustified. He also made a point to tell me he would not be covering any losses outside of the windshield in retaliation to me declining his services to fix my windshield and refused to offer his business insurance. Financial Impact: I immediately reported the incident to my insurance company and arranged for a windshield replacement. Due to my vehicle requiring a specific OEM windshield, my insurance covered only a portion of the cost, leaving me with an out-of-pocket expense of $526.89. Additionally, due to the glass being out of stock until March 22, I have been without a vehicle for 10 days, causing further inconvenience. A separate invoice for $90.95 was issued for the tint job required after the windshield replacement. Beyond the direct costs, the loss of my vehicle prevented me from fulfilling work obligations. Total Damages Claimed: $2,537.84 That I was never compensated for. Unprofessional and Unethical Conduct Throughout our exchange, this contractor has been extremely unprofessional and unethical in his communication with me. His tone and approach have been dismissive, hostile, and uncooperative, further complicating the resolution of this matter. Instead of addressing the issue in a professional manner, he has engaged in behavior that has caused additional stress and inconvenience. Additionally following the incident, Adrian came to my doorstep attempting to negotiate the repair of my car’s windshield through his personal connections, offering a discounted price. When I declined his offer and informed him that I would be proceeding with my insurance claim instead, he became visibly enraged and extremely rude. His reaction was uncalled for, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and pressured at my own home. Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, his unwillingness to take full responsibility and his inappropriate behavior have left me with no alternative but to have had escalated the matter by going after his insurance. Again, Do not use this company!!
