Miracles come from heaving, hence the need for a good roof to fall onto and stick to your life ! Aastro Roofing proved this point and I am SO HAPPY to have worked with them. In the need to pass an inspection, with a fast approaching deadline, Frankie (manager at Aastro) showed up with the drone, in minutes inspected the requirement, taught me how to use the drone too and in just a couple of days was able to TOTALLY satisfy my need. Aastro sourced a tile that was discontinued, sent a crew to work under the rain, did the fastest turn around that I could had hoped for and did an amazing job ! Go Aastro ! At first I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews. So I called them to get an estimate for a leaking roof. I called twice because after the first estimate, I had to go out of town. Both times, different inspectors went into my attic and confirmed where the leak was coming from. Being from the same company, I called another roofing company for an estimate. The same diagnostic as to where the leak was coming from, thank goodness that they said that the leak was coming from the vent up on the metal roof. I decided to go with Aastro and I'm glad that I did. I was up on the roof with their employees Geremias and Milton. They worked quickly and found that the seal around the vent was bad. They removed one of the metal slats and properly, cleaned and sealed vent opening. Now I have to wait for the rain to make sure the leak has been fixed, but by seeing their work, I'm confident I have no more leaks. My only complaint is that I didn't know they were showing up today, but I'm grateful because I was told it could be 2 weeks before someone would be out. Overall I'm extremely happy with the services, they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Geremias and Milton are top notch. Luis O.

During the initial inspection, he noticed my gutters were clogged and took the time to remove the leaves himself. I contacted Aastro for a new roof based on two, glowing recommendations from neighbors. Darrin from Aastro came to my home to observe the existing roof and to go over the process comprehensively. He was very good about responding to my text queries and always made me feel like a valued customer. When the roof installation began, I was updated. The installation was painless. The company prides itself on being understanding, flexible, and kind. Chelsea is amazing to deal with via email for billing, as are the other members of the eclectic Aastro team.
