John and his team did a great job replacing my roof. Since then John himself has gone out of his way to help me with a few other issues and has replaced the roofs on several of my friends and families homes as well. It's so nice to find a truly honest and inexpensive roofer. Update: (It's been almost 20 years now since John replaced my roof, and it still passed the wind mitigation inspection) He's replacing it right now. It's still in great shape. But my insurance company demands it. What a pleasure it is to deal with an honest contractor! I wouldn't let anyone else touch it.
Initially met John for a roof repair. After discussing options we made the decision to replace the roof. We did get one other bid which was similar in price. I researched and found multiple positive reviews from my neighbors who used Apex. Except for giving John the check, the whole process was painless. Everything was done on time, no issues, John answered all concerns, and before we knew it the roof was done. One thing we really liked was final payment wasn't due till after all inspections were signed off.
Apex was really good about taking care of our needs. Chris, the gentleman that came to take care of our fascia boards did an awesome job. Chris was on top of everything and got the job done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Apex Roofing and I thank Chris for his hard work. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
