Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the features of the new unit, and made sure everything was leak-free before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Kyle exceeded all expectations. Will definitely be asking for him by name in the future!
Tim was extremely professional and efficient. Our water heater died and he was able to change it same day, take care of all permits and came highly recommended from Home Depot. Would highly recommend Tim to anyone.left the place clean and the installation was very tidy no damage to area.
