I vetted a number of roofing companies before deciding on Chase Roofing. I am 100% satisfied with the roof replacement provided by Chase Roofing Company. Philip Dray came out and explained the process and provided the quote and at all times was professional, informative, responsive, and available. The team in the office (Ebony Lewis and Brooke Laurenzo) were also helpful. The process was seamless and my roof looks amazing. Thank you Chase Roofing Company!
Chase Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish. You don’t really appreciate the effort, coordination, and skill that goes into a roofing job until you see it happening in real time. What impressed me most was how disruptive the work naturally is during the day—tear-off, materials, and the general chaos that comes with a major project—yet by the end of each day you would never know it. Their crew cleaned up thoroughly and consistently, and the site was left neat every time they wrapped up. We worked primarily with Philip Dray, and he was excellent. He answered every question honestly and in plain language—no sales talk, no pressure—just straightforward guidance and clear expectations. Chase also stood out during our bidding process. They were the only company that came to the table with their best offer right from the start, and they became the benchmark other roofers had to beat—not only on cost, but on scope and how they operate. For example, Chase’s normal approach included replacing all wall flashings, while other vendors treated that as an upcharge. I actually brought Chase into the bid process because I used them for a roof repair about four years ago and they were great then too. I hoped they’d come in strong this time, and they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend.
It took me awhile to write this review because I honestly felt ashamed and downright depressed about spending so much money on such a sub par roofing job. I wish I could’ve had a better experience with this company. The metal roof turned out looking decent but the flat roof was done very sloppily - tar and gravel on the trim, and for $45k! Wild. My house is only 2,000 square feet so it was definitely overpriced. On top of that, (this is the worst part) I had extra metal roof pieces (that I had paid for) which we planned to use for a shed project in our yard. The Chase contractor told some random person driving by that they could take the metal, so when my husband and I were out running errands you can imagine our surprise when we got a Nest notification of strangers in our carport taking our metal that we had paid for!!! Insane. I included a screenshot of the Nest footage with this review. I immediately notified Chase - emailing and calling to try to understand what was going on. When I realized what had happened, Chase had some representative (Lyle Jacobs, who was more of a salesperson than a customer service representative) called me and completely discredited my frustration and provided zero solutions - it would’ve been nice to have a credit of money back for the material that I paid for, basically stolen thanks to their employees. I suggested this and it was shot down immediately. I also emailed the owner - Tamara - and never got a response. There are other roofing companies out there who won’t charge you as much and who won’t promise your paid materials to random strangers. Go with those companies! Wishing all homeowners out there the best in their roofing journeys - it’s crazy out there!

I recently had a new metal roof installed by Chase Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality of their work was excellent, and their customer service and communication were outstanding. John and the team were easy to work with and always made an effort to accommodate my needs. While the project did take longer than expected and went slightly over budget, the team remained dedicated to making everything right. Any mistakes were promptly addressed, and they worked tirelessly until everything was done to perfection. What really stood out was their attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Not only did they install a beautiful new metal roof, but they also had all my exterior windows and glass doors cleaned by Shine of Ft. Lauderdale, making my home look even more stunning! On top of that, they sent me chocolates and a card, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Despite the slight delays, I would absolutely recommend Chase Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company. They truly go above and beyond!
