Victor was great from the start with helping me get started with financing and getting the permit process started right away as that would take some time. Once the permit was approved, it was smooth sailing from there. They worked fast and effective to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. Getting everything done as promised. I am happy with the result of my new roof and the short amount of time it took. Thank you Victor, and thanks again for saving the fishes when we were signing the paperwork and you noticed that they were not getting any air...
In 8 days Dakoma had the new roof installed! I have been in the Florida Construction Industry for 5 decades. I am not easily impressed by what the market has to offer. Dakoma is an excellent company!
Dakoma Roofing exceeded every expectation we had. From the very first conversation through the final cleanup, their team was absolutely outstanding. We had an old roof that needed a complete replacement, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and professionally handled from start to finish. The communication was excellent the entire way through. They kept us informed at every stage, answered every question quickly, and were always honest and transparent about timing, materials, and the work being done. It is rare to find a company today that combines professionalism, responsiveness, and quality craftsmanship the way Dakoma Roofing does. The crew worked incredibly hard, showed up on time, respected our property, and paid attention to every detail. The finished roof looks amazing and completely transformed the appearance of our home. You can tell they truly take pride in their work and care about their customers. If you are looking for a roofing company you can genuinely trust, I cannot recommend Dakoma Roofing enough. Top tier experience from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful for the incredible job they did and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They completed installing my Mom's new roof per HOA specifications however the job took over 5 months to complete. I paid for the new roof in cash installment payments with no financing so I was expecting a much faster turn around time. We received all of the county inspection approvals for the project. Make sure you receive a firm commitment on project timing from this contractor.
