The staff of Distinctive were courteous, skilled at their jobs and completed the roof replacement in an efficient manner (considering some delays due to weather). The house and grounds were left clean. Supervisors responded to any questions that came up promptly and courteous. We're very pleased with the workmanship and final results. The workmanship of Distinctive Roofing is top notch! We selected the larger barrel tiles and just love it! Communication during the entire process is frequent and regular. All the staff are friendly and quick to answer any questions. From start to finish, everything is quick. Any delays encountered are due to waiting for county inspections. Cesar, the owner, was a pleasure to interact with. He personally hand delivered the final documentation showing all the different steps taken along the way such as permits, paid invoices, inspections, etc. One important task that might be easily overlooked or considered is the attention and care given to the home, such as the pool area, surrounding perimeter, window protection, drive way protection, etc. After the tear off is completed, the crew pay careful attention to cleanup of debris. If you consider using Distinctive Roofing, you will be glad you did!

Our experience with Distinctive Roofing has been pretty incredible. We've seen a lot of homes in our neighborhood get their roofs torn off and then they are waiting for tiles for weeks or even months. We signed with Distinctive in October, expecting by the new year we might have a new roof. But once we selected our tiles they scheduled us two weeks later and got tiles on and installed before Thanksgiving. From tear down to complete it was maybe a full week. They are very communicative and send regular updates about the progress of permits, orders, and when we should expect workers at the house. Great work!
Distinctive Roofing replaced the roofs in our community and undeniably, they did a beautiful job!
