Anthony and his team of roofing experts did a jaw dropping job on my rental property. From the very beginning, Anthony stayed in constant communication with us. He throughly answered any questions we had and made sure we felt confident throughout the whole process. The professionalism and rectitude that his team exhibited was unrivaled. They went above and to make sure we were happy and we will without doubt be recommending them to all of our friends and family for all of their roofing needs. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ANTHONY AND HIS TEAM AT INNOVATIVE ROOFING!!WE LOVE OUR ROOF!
Absolutely outstanding experience! This family-owned roofing company just completed the roof on my townhome, and I couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is top-quality, the process was quick and easy, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. But what truly sets them apart is the personal touch. As a family-owned business, the owner, Brett, is on-site and easily accessible every step along the way. You’re not dealing with a random customer service rep, you’re speaking directly with someone who genuinely cares and stands behind the work. That level of attention and accountability is rare. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you want exceptional craftsmanship with amazing customer service, this is the company to call. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My experience with Innovative Roofing was nothing short but wonderful. They had great follow up , responsive , and met all of my expectations. Their craftsmanship is exceptional. Their attention to details is remarkable. They cleaned well after themselves, assuring that all was left in order. They took precautions to protect the plants and shrubs surrounding the property while the work was being done. Anthony was professional and answered my emails, text messages and phone calls within reasonable timing. I highly recommend Innovative Roofing for any work needed with roof. Thank you ! Natacha
We had an excellent experience with Innovative Roofing when they replaced our roof. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. They completed the job in a timely manner, making sure to minimize any disruption to our day. The crew was quick and meticulous, leaving our property clean and tidy after the work was done. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you, Innovative Roofing, for your outstanding service.
From our first meeting with Anthony, the owner of Innovative Roofing, we knew this was someone we could trust and work with. But to do our due diligence we interviewed eight other roofing companies and learned whatever we could about roofing materials and roofing methods. Many of the companies we spoke with were excellent, however Innovative Roofing still stood out amongst all of them. Anthony would always get back to us quickly with texts or phone calls. The roof tile took about four months to come in (which is pretty standard) and they began the old roof tear off pretty much on schedule. Despite beginning right before the holidays (December 18) the roof was completed within 3 weeks. We were thrilled with the final product and with all the workers. Many had high praise for Anthony and one long time employee told me that he treats his employees very well so they can imagine how he treats the customers. Our next door neighbor, watching from his second story office, was impressed at how meticulous and precise the workers were in doing their tasks. We cannot recommend Innovative Roofing highly enough. We have heard so many horror stories about roofers that we were kind of gun shy. But working with Anthony and Innovative, we never gave it a second thought.
