I had a great experience with Roof Xperts. I needed a small roof repair done urgently, and the first company I called gave me an insane price. I’m so glad I found Roof Xperts — their rates were fair and the customer service was great. They took care of the repair the same day I called, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely 5 stars from me!
Well I must say I was extremely impressed with their response time and knowledge. I called them Friday afternoon and Hector was able to come out that evening. He went up in my attic, found the issue and was able to give me a fair price that we agreed on. He had his crew come Sunday to do the work. They came out, were very professional, removed my tiles and exposed the leak area. The took lots of pics, replace rotted wood, installed new peel and seal membrane and sealant and then put all of the tile back like they weren’t even there! Plus a 1 year guarantee. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely ask for Hector again. All around professional.
Love my new Bahama shutters! The roof experts were very professional and very pleasant to work with. Now we don’t have the hot afternoon sun coming in our home and it is a lot cooler inside too! Thanks for everything!
I called this morning and was told that someone was already in my neighborhood but will arrive between 3pm - 6pm, which was a lie. Don't even waste your time with this company. They'll respond to these views to make it look good but you'll experience their ways once you call. Response to owner: Wow!!! You guys are fake and liars! I told you that this is my dad property where I'm a resident and gave you the address but did not want to provide an email, in which I clearly told you that I do not want any junk mail! I also mentioned that we had multiple duplexes and wanted to do business in the near future ( two new roofs). It didn't matter if what I called for was minor. You guys wanted to do it. A business that I called prior made sure to tell me that they did not do those small jobs but you guys said yes. This showed me that the character of this business is horrible and no one should do business with you liars. SMH. Everyone, read how they tried to downplay me by saying that I'm not the owner. How did they know? Because I told them! So why mentioned that? The owner, my father, asked me to call and I mentioned that he was near me during the call. We dodged a major issue. Everyone here with the one stars were not lying! I'll have to let residence of the Tri County area know about these folks. You had my address and said someone will be there between 3-6 pm and also mentioned that someone was in my area when we spoke this morning but now you're lying and said I never gave you guys an address. Lying will be you guys downfall. I'm happy that we didn't call you guys for the two roofs. Every investor that I know should not and will not be doing business with you people. #Cancelthiscompany #Stopwiththelies Update: Why did you erase your first response? Is it because you lied and looked unprofessional? You should have left it so the people can see. Learn to be transparent and honest! Stop giving lame excuses. First, you said in this review, in your deleted response, that I didn't provide an email. However, I did provide my address, was given an appointment time and was told that I could speak to whoever was going to show up about the quote. In my other review, you now are saying that you guys didn't get any authorization when in fact, this was not told to me. Again, I said the owner is here, next to me and he's my father. Why didn't you ask to speak to him for authorization? This is because it was NEVER brought up! SMH!!! Lies after lies! You're going to learn to be honest today. You're only hurting your business reputation with all these lies. ALL THE PEOPLE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE WRONG OR LIED TO NEEDS TO EXPOSE THEM THROUGHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA! I had the pleasure to work with Roof Xperts over two other companies. From the time I placed the call to get the estimate to start working and finishing the roof was great. Jean Carlos was great in communicating with me. Very prompt and attentive with all my concerns.The guys were very hard working and professional and quick. They did such a great job.
